Some Rules and Guidelines Updates

This is in reguards to this page. As I write this, I feel that there are some things to clean up in the Rules and Guidelines, and also some game changes to make this game more fun and interesting. Though I know that by doing so, and I will begin to stray from the original game that I knew and loved, but I have gathered after moderating a full session of Slasher! that these would help to benefit the game.
