Last night, another Camper was killed. Thirteen-year-old Melinda Hunt was discovered dead in her Cabin, laying motionless on the floor with the side of her bludgeoned, apparently with two large hardcover Harry Potter volumes. The massive tomes caused so much damage to her head that she appears to have bled out last night.
Investigators believe that this "Slasher" rumor is starting to prove to be true. They say that the Slashers are starting to become impatient and that their kills are becoming more and more brutal. They, as well as I, strongly urge the Campers to remain alert of their surroundings from now on, and to never travel alone. ALWAYS remain in pairs or in small groups.
